She gave us wonderful advice in regards to pricing, marketing, photos and all the details that it takes to make our condo very sellable. She was also great in walking us thru the contracts when there were offers on the table and did everything that she could to make the process very smooth. Living in Philadelphia, and selling our condo in St. Pete was a bit worrisome being so far away “from the action.” I met Rupa when we both happened to be in the lobby of the Itopia Condos, and it was a lucky day for me. Rupa handled EVERYTHING, including a few unforeseen things that had to be done. We’ve bought and sold several properties over the years, and can’t remember any of them going this smoothly. We were able to sign almost all of the documents electronically, and had a quick and easy closing in Florida. We received a solid offer within a week, and were very happy with the number.
